Well, I've been bugged about this long enough, so I said 'Aw the heck with it!' I've finally done it. Here they are, the Shadow Ojamajos... IN COLOR~!

Unfortunately, I was lazy and I didn't feel like drawing all the Ojamajos one by one, so I went for broke and found a coloring page on the internet. Oh sure, I could've traced the page and then gave the girls some mischievious expressions, but I was lazy to a 'T'.

Okay, Let me see...
First is Shadow Doremi: She is somewhat the leader of the group, although she doesn't have much authority over the others. She is more of a prankster, and prefers to play jokes on unsuspecting victims, like Doremi-her Light counterpart. Shadow Doremi tends to get in trouble with Black Queen a lot, but otherwise learns to shut her mouth and do as she's told.
Shadow Hazuki: The brains of the group. Now in this pic, you can see her eyes, but most of the time, her glasses show that type of anime glare on them. She doesn't scare as easily as her Light counterpart.
Shadow Aiko: The brawn of the group. You probably don't wanna pick a fight with her, you'll never win. Shadow Aiko has been known to curse from time to time. She's a tough-as-nails Shadow, but could there be a soft spot for her teamates somewhere? Eh, who knows?
Shadow Onpu: Another brains of the team, but not as smart as Shadow Hazuki. Much like her Light counterpart, she has some acting skills, and sometimes tends to be a bit of a drama queen.
Shadow Momoko: She shows a few prankster tendencies, but she is more patient than Shadow Doremi.
Shadow Hana: Unlike her Light counterpart, Shadow Hana is not necessarily the baby of her group. Like Shadow Doremi, she has some prankster skills. According to one of my contacts-who will not be named, just in case-It seems she might be frenemies with Hana, but...?
Shadow Poppu: She is Shadow Hana's partner in crime when it comes to pranks. Like her Light counterpart, Shadow Poppu is quite mature for her age.

When it came to coloring the whole group, I didn't know where to start, so I used plain old markers and well, all the colors just came to me. Shadow Hazuki was kind of hard, she's supposed to be a dark orange, but she turned out to be a brown-ish instead. Shadow Onpu, I had problems with too, because I don't have a lot of dark purple colors at my disposal. Shadow Momoko was the hardest, because it's hard to find dark yellow colors. And if you'll notice, Shadow Doremi and Shadow Poppu's colors are a bit like their Light counterparts. Really my only regret is using a coloring page instead of drawing the whole team myself, but I was getting bugged about this, so I decided to do this.

Okay, I really only own the Shadow Ojamajos. I don't own the REAL Ojamajos. Anything that pertains to Ojamajo Doremi is property of Toei Animation.

I suppose it's time I gave this a comment.

For Shadow Doremi: I believe I've developed a fondness for this one...and a fondness for torturing her (if Zukoddin II is anything to go by...) and deconstructing her status as a butt monkey.

For Shadow Hazuki: She strikes me as being a deadpan snarker on the outside and having a hidden schemer side in her depths. I can also see her doing the Gendo Pose (gloves? check. typically having Scary Shiny Glasses? check. inner persona unknown? Check.).
For Shadow Aiko: Not much for me to go on other than apparently worrying about what Black Queen will do if they disobey her and potentially looking out for them.
For Shadow Onpu: I'm guessing she could have a bit of a heartful side for Shadow Momoko and generally encouraging her allies to be punctual for their sakes.
Shadow Momoko: The main reason she hasn't been to keen on pulling any pranks during my fics is because of the torture she endured at the hands of Kada, which was mentioned in "The Verz Incident". And I do recall the Ojamajos pointing out that Shadow Momoko was acting strangely during those fics. She has since come to strike me as the distant cynical type (though in "Rise of the Shadows", she struck me as more of the mischievous teasing type).
Shadow Hana: Hana would, in all likelihood, still have a part of her that would want to be friends with Shadow Hana despite what Shadow Hana did. The events of "the Verz Incident" only imply that she's finally making some progress. She strikes me as having a hidden, deep-rooted envy towards her Light Half.
For Shadow Pop: She endured the same kind of torture as Shadow Momoko, but for a far shorter time. She's still as she is. She strikes me as being the type who wishes to impress Shadow Doremi (if "Rise of the Shadows" is anything to go by...) and not wanting to let her down.

All in all, I'd say the Shadow Ojamajos are Ensemble Darkhorse among your OCs. My personal top three favorites of them is, in order from least fav to most, Shadow Hana, Shadow Hazuki, and Shadow Doremi.

I'm also glad to know that you were able to pull this off despite using a coloring page.

Well, I did say I was lazy and I kept getting bugged about this.

To be honest, I really had no official descriptions of their personalities, so I just drawed upon whatever knowledge I had at my disposal from my stories. (Y'know, it's almost like you know my own characters better than me...?)

I still really wish I had traced the coloring pages. So I could give them those mischievious "You-Can-Tell-We're-Up-To-Something" expressions, but I'm actually really happy with the way it turned out. And I'm really surprised that all my color choices for them worked out like this. Either way, I'm pretty much satisfied by this.

Well, there is an art to villain-making. One of the reasons I use the Shadow Ojamajos is to aid you in developing them. But it's to you whether or not you want to use said development. (Villains are kinda my specialty. In the end however, you're word of god on them; what you say about the goes.)

If you ever get the urge to draw them again; try to draw and upload them one at a time as a side project. It'll be much easier on you and you can give the details you wanted to give but couldn't. It's worth a shot.

On a side note, I do have an idea for a series. The general premise goes as follows: Kada want's to perform an experiment and needs a few Shadows to test it out. "Can Shadows be driven insane by being forced to read bad fanfics?" To that end, Kada and his team abduct the Shadow Ojamajos and shoot them into space (while ensuring that they can't escape) and subject them to bad fics. To keep their sanity, the seven of them give a mocking commentary of the fics in question.

Such a series would, by definition, be MSTs and therefore not allowed on Fanfiction.net. I'll upload them to DeviantArt instead.

Eh, you're right. I probably won't use all that development, but hey you never really know. Now, I don't know if I'll do more pics with the Shadow Ojamajos, but I'll try to keep that in mind.

Hmm...Your series idea, I'm not really too sure about. (I don't know why really...But can such bad fanfics drive one to insanity?) And what does 'MST' stand for?

In that case, I wish you luck with the Shadow Ojamajo's development.

As for the series I'm working on: It's pretty much a parody of Mystery Science Theater 3000 (a.k.a. MST3K). And there is very little actual science involved. Basic plot: Mad scientists send a man into space and try to drive him to insanity by making him watch bad movies, which the man applies mocking commentary to help keep sane. Said man makes robot buddies to aid him in this.

As for MSTs in general, well, I believe it would be easier to show you the pages.
It's TvTropes entry.

An example of what MSTs were based off of.

As a bonus: MST of "Past Sins" part 1, part 2, and part 3 (the author allowed it and even JOINED IN)

Phew, thanks for clearing that up. Well, I look forward to reading that series whenever you get to it.

I once wondered back in 2010 what anti-Ojamajos would be like.
